All conditions were met on the rebate form in the required time and mailed to ONREBATE.com at the address of PO Box 3028 in Maimi, FL 33144. The form said to allow 6-8 weeks for reciept of said rebate, form mailed to onrebate date 6-10. Recieved email confirmation on 7-01 on rebate status as ACCEPT and should receive rebate in 4-6 weeks, they also provided a tracking number to go along with confirmation. Email stated if any questions contact by email at [email protected].
On August 21 I contacted the prior email address of [email protected] about said rebate. I received a reply by email on the same day stating most inquiries receive a response within 48-72 hours. At this point I have yet to receive ANY responce from ONREBATE.com. On September 03 I contacted Tiger Direct via their webpage customer service stating all the facts previously stated here and providing the tracking #2770990121343920915 and told them that their SLOW compliance or NO compliance on rebate issues was building a BAD reputation and would directly effect my future dealings with their company. Their response was they were sorry for the inconvenience but ONREBATE.com handled a very large bulk of their rebates to process which accounts for the amount of time it takes to process and submit the rebate checks.
Frankly I have never dealt with anyone like this all other rebates have been complied with in resonable amounts of time. At this point I will probably never recommend or buy anything from Tigerdirect to anyone for anything if there is a rebate involved.
