Test King support are NOT helpful. There so called "24/7 online chat support" is a joke. It is definitely not available 24/7.
When you email them for assistance, they obviously don't read it, because they reply with a scripted response. If you don't have access to a Windows OS and don't have Administrator access to a Windows OS, you will NOT be able to install their products.
They will give you the run around and offer you very little to NO assistance when you ask for a refund. I will NEVER use Test King. They are a total rip off! They are quick to take your money and will offer you VERY little assistance when you have any issues downloading their products or are unable to download/install their products.
