I wish I read this site's reports before dealing with these people.
They provide IT practice exams software - which I see others call a brain-dump.
The product itself was not properly constructed - especially grammar and in at least one case, some of the question was missing.
I asked for assistance with this and after being told that they'll send me an update for the product, I got no response.
Then after taking my exam and failing, I asked for a refund and provided my test scores. Once again no response - not even an acknowledgement that the information was received and being assessed.
The 24-hour chat service rep was very rude after I explained my concerns and requested an update. She "Suzie", then pointed me to a clause which showed that they did not offer 100% guarantee to 8 major IT vendors they supply test exams for. This clause was not evident on the product page which showed that the product had 100% guarantee.
