End of May I ordered toys from Toyglobe. They instantly withdrew the amount of $176.45 from my account. But did not deliver. I waited two months. Nothing happened. I tried to contact them via e-mail a couple of times and asked them to check my order but they did not answer me. Then I tried to reach them via phone but the number I found in the Internet is not valid anymore. They do not give a telephone number on their webpage.
I went to my bank and filled out a dispute form, contend: never received merchandise. But also the bank people cannot assure I will get my money back.
In addition I found in the Internet a couple of webpages of cheated customers from toyglobe.
What an awful business. Now I want to make this fraud public so Toyglobe cannot cheat more people out their money in the future anymore.
