PacificHost.com, wow, what can I say. I heard from a person that it was not good but took my chances anyways! I looked at reviews and the supposed awards they won and the reviews they put out. It turns out after taking a closer look at their marketing strategy and talking with a few people behind the scenes that it is an out right marketing approach. I cannot use the word fraud (yet) or even (scam) till my lawyer approves. We are in final legal stages.
Here are aspects that can be taken as fraud:
Advertisement on excellent support: No! They are not good at all. They ask questions you have already answered, ask questions that have no related matter to the problem, and my favorite, take about 30 minutes at times to respond (just via chat). I have had times when they actually left the chat, bluntly! (I have documentation on this with Phillip Olsen)
Advertisement on 99% up time: No! My developers who was using the reseller account has constantly said that throughout EVERYDAY there are hiccups that causes temporarily down time!
Unlike a lot of other companies, PacificHost.
