These contracts that the owner (Bill Kemp) posted are not the original contracts. He will do and say anything to make every else seem at fault. He can never own up to anything. The sales people that he is speaking of were not all hired at the same time. Many of them quit before others were hired. You mean to tell me that all of these sales people are lying and has experienced the same thing. I can first hand tell you that he rips off customers. He will keep their deposits and make them wait to get it back. He is money hungry. There were several times he had to borrow money from his brother just to pay his employees and have yet to pay his brother back (according to Kevin Kemp) which is his brother. He owes Angies List, The Paychex Company and many more. This is why he rips off people.
Now as far as the sales people having to do a follow up with the customers or else they do not get the back end of their commission is not true. The customers have to wait so long to get the product and has heard so many lies from this company, why do a follow up. They don't want to see us. There isn't enough time in this world to describe all the things this company is and what they have done to others. All I can say is you better enjoy it while you can b/c all good things will come to an end!
