I was given there 800# I called it and asked for a refund, they said I have to mail them back the C.D.'S I received by Certified return recipt and I will get a check in 90 days.
Duh, so instead I got in my truck and went to the Patchogue office. It was a small store office front. I couldn't get any info as I did not have a Court order the owner said return with a court order and I'll give you all info. To me that was a waste of time, Why cause by the time I got a court order he'd sell the building, then tell mr a tall story that he doesn't have any records.
So I left dissappointed. I was in the Process service field, but I never consulted any of the attorneys I worked for I was too embarrased to mention I got ripped off. I never even went to the D. A'S office in N.Y.S. To file a complaint, Why because these people obsconded wth $88.00 dollars of mine and no telling how many others.
