I discovered there is a new web address to contact Refund Recovery Software. It is www.refundsoftware.com. There is a phone number for this company listed on the site. They also have now included another company as "arbitrator" to deal with disputes about the company and refund issues. The phone number I found is: 1-888-711-7334. I don't know what this number will get anyone, but I am about to try it. I will update with any new info as soon as I get answers.
