Took payments for computer but never sent a compute

They advertised to give credit to poor credit customers for a new computer which I made payments to and never received my computer when asked I was given all excuses and still up to now have not received computer I still have mail that they wrote to me and comunicated with also receipt of payments made through my bank card. I made more that 700.00 dollars
