I bought an Ariel Jewelry Water Bath from Decoration in April. It came on April 30th loaded in cages without any obvious harm. While my plumber came to set up it a couple of days later as he unpacked the cages he observed the holder was broken.
I called back and was immediately placed on observe that used to do not unpack all of the cages and spot the harm upon shipping because they need. I intentionally didn't unpack the wooden cages since I needed the glass sections to become safe till my plumber came for that mount. Lastly they allegedly requested the alternative component on May 14th but I continue obtaining the run-around why I've not obtained it... Issues with the supplier, shipper, etc. Each individual includes a diverse justification and that I don't believe anybody features a hint. I requested to talk to a manager-this day but evidently none remain until sometime within the morning.
To express minimal the client support as of this organization is horrible. Easily hadn't dumped all of the packaging crates I'd be shipping everything back to get a return. Appears like I'll probably be going to small-claims judge to obtain this fixed. I'd not suggest purchasing the product or other things out of this organization.
