Named on telephone to-order a Track 3024e inverter. Craig/salesman stated not a problem and got the purchase. Within 2 hours I go to the web site and decide they don't, market Track items. Twice I'm on-hold for more than 10 units every time and that I quit and e-mail my termination of the purchase. I obtain a phone 24 hours later from "revenue supervisor" who's rude and incredibly intense. I clarify the issue and he informs me I'll need to spend 30%. I clarify his organization didn't purchase what I requested and that I wouldn't spend and had named credit and supported the costs. He kept wondering easily had visited the web page and that I described the purchase was by telephone 4 times. Lastly he decided to return 100%. When I feel back over this there has to be some catch that should you go to the site they get 30%.
Why would any company handle a person in this way. They'll maintain section 7 quickly.
