Ripoff wrongfuly charged for international call to pay-per-view websites

I have recieved this letter indicating that i was responsable for three acessed calls to the united kingdom that i never made. I tried contacting them by phone but the number just hangs up on me. I e mailed the company and recived a mail back stating that i need ed to pay immeadeatly for this bill. I threatned this compamy to let u guys and the television media know and now i cant acess there customer service web page. Please help me with this matter.
