I have been ordering my dog's medications from PetCareRx since June. My main reason for choosing PetCareRx was that they offer points earning through websites such as Memolink. I had received the points they offered up until January of this year.
I have placed 5 orders since January but have not received the points for my purchases at Memolink. I contacted Memolink and they informed me that PetCareRX had not sent them any acknowledgement or compensation for my orders.
I have been trying to contact PetCareRX to get the problem resolved but I receive no replies. I have sent messages thru both their "Comments" and "Feedback" pages. I contacted their "Live Chat" person who referred me to [email protected]. I emailed this address but still got no reply.
I have been trying since March to get my points awarded.
The company is very good with their service otherwise so I don't understand why they are ignoring this problem.
I will be ordering my dog's medication elsewhere until this issue is settled.
