This is actually the first encounter I Have had with Trampolineandmore. I obtained the alternative pad also it was the wrong dimension. I named the 1800trampoline plus they were fantastic and explained they'd reship quickly and also to deliver back another pad using the closed tag when I got it. These were excellent until Sydney, from Asia, the dog owner, as he calls herself named me that morning from another organization named trampolineandmore. I ask him if he was with 1800 trampoline and he explained they're 3rd party suppliers. He explained I'd not be getting another pad that I created an error which was to poor. This operator, as he named herself, named me a B*%CH and informed he to come back all of the pad and also the mat I requested (over $200 in gear) since he did not require or need my company. Their cursed many times at me. I finally put up. He must go back to his nation and discover method and just how to work well with clients. I'll never buy something out of this organization and you will be marketing from this so others which have grandchildren and kids do not get caught with components that unfit and obtain abused about the telephone. Bad bad experience and a lot of money lost!!!
