Purchased three internet terminal with lighted backboards from IMG back in March cost over $39,000. The company is now in receivership and according to the website, there is approximately a $3,000, 000 shortfall in assets. So they got the money, and most of us who invested have received nothing other than a trip to TN for training on the machines that now will never be delivered.
They talked a good game but it would seen that it was just a con!!! There is a TN attorney by the name of Frank Perry who is very interested in this company's wrong doing. He has a team of full time attorneys handling similar type cases. I have spoken to him about the possibility of filing a class action suite against the company and the principal involved in the "scam".
