Upon registering for service the Salesman transfered me to Tech Support in order to setup the account. There, I learned that services I was told were included were not. I asked the Tech agent to close the account as I wish not to do business with VoiceShot... I was misled by the sales agent.
Several months later as my accountant reviews my credit card statement he notices the repeated charges every month... $730.00 @ 4 months after I asked to cancel my account and NEVER USED ONE MINUTE OR SERVICE! In fact, after AMEX sent them the canceldispute they charged another month... Finally AMEX placed a block on their account.
I WAS CHARGED $3650.00 FOR NOT USING THEIR SERVICE... Not even 1 min. No patron should support a predatory business... Certainly a business which charges for services never rendered!
