Extreme Fax
Auto renewal scam with nobody willing to cancel service plan. Don't sign up!

I signed up for Extreme Fax when I needed a virtual fax machine. The fax never came through (despite the sender confirming it was sent twice) and when I went to cancel the order, Extreme Fax customer service never would answer—after 46 minutes on hold and 5 calls. I can smell a scam a mile away and these guys are SUPER SCAM. Don't use under any circumstances.
