I only have a credit card 2 months and when I noticed a transaction of 1.60 for LV8* Classic Living I didn't think there was any point questioning this small amount with the visa company. Then a few weeks later they took 39.95.
I asked in my bank about this transaction who told me I would have to contact the visa card people. When I did the lady asked me to put it in writing about the two unauthorised transactions and maybe I could claim for a charge back to my account. They also blocked my card and issued a new one so a different credit card number would be needed for future transactions. I still havent received any money back but at least it put a stop to them taking any more.
When I went to look up the company on the internet there was no website only complaints of others who had the same LV8* Classic Living deducting money from their accounts. The banks should be made aware of this criminal activity and not let any such people/companies get away with this fraud.
