I bought a steam mop from TV shopping channel and had inadvertantly signed up for a 30 day free trial of something I didn't understand what the guy was talking about. Documents came though the post about poundsaver and classic living so phoned up company to cancel the subscription as it would have automatically been taken... Was assured it was cancelled by agent and money was still taken from my account... Give me my money back.
