Pay Pal a wonderful online money transfer service offers people 5.00 to open an account with them. They are great and they help myself and others earn a living legally with online auctions and the such. These fellows have found a way to scam paypal and unknowing others into giving them their free 5.00 sign up credit, then claiming that it is all legal because you are buying into their mailing list. How sad that they could not use their creativity to make a real difference in the world. Ho this is not really creative, I am being sarcastic, as this is one of the age old scams, the chain letter.
