I ordered the "free trail" of AcaiBerry from this company. My order was placed on Jan. 9th and I recieved my AcaiBerry on Jan. 20.
I contacted the customer service and was told that I would be billed $88.62 $5.95 shipping for the "free" trial bottle. I was told that today was my 15 day of the trial period so I would be billed. I asked why if this was the 15th day, would I be billed if it was a 15 day trial? No answer. Just a run around. I asked for a supervisors number and was told I could only call the customer service number.
So I asked him... You are telling me that I am stuck with a product that I don't want and that I didn't recieve a full 15 day trial of and you are going to bill me $88.82 $5.95 eventhough I called on the 15th day to cancel? And he simply said "yes".
Needless to say, this is totally wrong!
