I ordered my computer from shop nbc in feb. It is a laptop. The graphics card doesn't work right. I called them (shopnbc) but my warranty had expired they told i must deal with viscom directly. Then the pin where my power supply plugs in broke off.
It took 3 weeks to get a label. They recieved my computer aug 26 but just heard from them today after calling for the hundreth time. I was informed that this wouldnt be covered since it was abused? So they wanted 100 dollars to fix the pin. I ask about the grapics card and they said they will see about that after they get a credit card number.
V2 premier is a ripoff and so is shop nbc in my opinion. I would also like to join in on a class action suit. If any info is available please let me know. I got screwed for 2400 dollars.
