I purchased a computer from ShopNBC. It is a V2 Premier Pentium 4,1.7 Ghz computer that does nothing but freeze up. They did come out and put in a new motherboard and memory chipset but as soon as I loaded the software it froze again.
I don't understand what is wrong and I have asked to be allowed to return the system and they said no. Each thing that Viscom decides is the problem takes 2 to 3 weeks to only find out that it wasn't the problem in the first place.
They give you the run around, refuse to allow me to speak with a manager or supervisor, promise that I will get a callback, but it never happens. I spent a lot of money on this pile of junk and since I am on disability the money is precious to me. If there is a class action lawsuit going on, I would love to join it! Where Can I go for help, can anyone tell me?
