Please can you help me? Here is my story.
I purchased a computer and an extened warrenty on April 15, at Fry's Electonics in Sacramento, Store 14.
Total Price $1629.35
Oct 8 computer went out. I took it to Fry's for service.
Dec 23 Frys called and said the pc was fixed and ready for pick up. I picked it up went home, plugged it in and would not turn on.
Dec 23 - Returned back to Fry's.
Jan 28 - Picked up computer
March 2 - Computer out again and back at Fry's. As of April 19 they still have my system. Total days that Fry's had has my computer is 163
days.
After contacting the States Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, our local Channel 13 news, Fry's did offer me a computer for $849.99. My old system had blue-ray and they finally said that the will give me a blue-ray player on the side and I can take it home and install it myself or have one
of their tech's install it.
I'm now seeking a full-cash refund and not a system that I paid 1249.99 for and they offered me $849.99.
Any ideas?
