I paid Martin Zivadinovic 100 dlls for installing a "scrapeback" service on my website. He never did, i emailed him a dozen times. He would just ask questions and say he would, but never even logged in my website server. When I disputed trough paypal, it turned out to be a "virtual good", paypal does not guarantee "virtual goods". I almost lost the money, fortunately my credit card did fight paypal for me and gave it back. Would you believe Martin responded to the claim feraciously? Just as If he was the one being ripped off (but with a bunch of lies of course). Glad to say I won that one.
