Www.barebackrt.com website consistently bans users after taking their membership payments and won't provide explanations or provides false ones, lies to and steals from consumers, owners

The owner (s) of the site barebackrt.com are committing illegal, fraudulent acts against its paying members by arbitrarily altering and deleting the accounts of members who have recently paid for full membership to the site. Any attempts by these members to inquire as to the reason their accounts were terminated are never answered, and these individuals are literally shut out from any attempts to further communicate with the site's customer service center. When these victimized individuals attempt to call the website's customer service number for any explanation or information whatsoever, they are immediately (and repeatedly) hung-up upon as soon as they identify themselves. Any and all emails to the website in order to inquire as to why their accounts were deleted and why their money was taken from them, and any attempts made to obtain any type of refund for their membership payments, are either simply ignored and unanswered, or these members receive a generic template response, simply citing "violation of site policies" which the member had never committed. Any efforts to inquire as to which site policy was violated is again met with an immediate hang-up via telephone, or a nonresponse and lack of acknowledgement via email. If a third party is brought in to attempt to mediate any form of communication with this site's owner (s) in order to attempt to obtain a valid reason as to why the deleted member's account was terminated and/or to attempt to arrange for any form of refund of the recent payment monies, the third party entity is told that the terminated member is simply "permanently banned from the site." When the third party, with the member's full permission and consent being made known, then attempts to inquire about the reason for the terminated member being permanently banned from the site, the third party is then immediately hung up upon. It stands to question why 1) this website accepts payments for members' accounts who supposedly had "violated the website's policies" and were allegedly marked to be terminated, 2) it is not the exception but the consistent rule that no valid explanation can ever be obtained from the website's owner (s) regarding a member's termination, either by the member himself, or even by an impartial mediator who has fully disclosed his proxy status, and 3) this website's owner (s) are being allowed to continue to advertise products and services in publications and on the website itself to the select public at large, displaying authoritative large banners of their "validated status as a secure site for monetary transactions"; but then are illegally and secretively withholding or altering these purchased products and services (if not blatantly denying access to these goods and services altogether) for which the consumer fully paid. Why would the website's owner (s) repeatedly and consistently accept monetary payment in the first place from members whom they deemed had allegedly violated site policies and were thus marked for termination? And how could any business entity consistently not allow any possibility for the seeking of any recourse by their dissatisfied and misled consumers in the form of an explanation or a refund?

On a more sinister note, the owner has even gone so far as to hack the accounts of fully-paid members in order to internally tweak the accounts to make it appear to the members that all of their outgoing sent messages were being appropriately received and read by the intended recipients.in reality, the owner was secretly intercepting and deleting all outgoing messages from these fully-paid accounts. He was able to deceive the victimized members by rigging their "outgoing/sent" mailboxes' listings to undergo the appropriate color change which signified to the senders that their outgoing messages had been successfully sent and opened by the intended recipients.instead, these outgoing messages were being blocked by the owner and then deleted.
Of course the intended recipients never had any knowledge that a message or reply had ever been sent to them by the victimized members in the first place. The owner had actually hacked his own system with the purposeful result to deceive a fully-paid member that the membership payment he had submitted was indeed granting him full access and usage of the website, when in reality the member's account was actually hacked by the owner to severely limit and even prevent the member's communication with other members of the site, in effect pocketing the member's payment submission and providing himself with sadistic entertainment in the process. This equates to the illegal action of a business entity lying to the consumer and knowingly selling a damaged or compromised product to the consumer at full-price, yet advertising the product as brand new and in top-operational condition. But what the website's owner has been doing over the years (and continues to do) is far worse. He has been manipulating and abusing the trust, emotions, insecurities, and finances of his own consumers for his own fraudulent financial gain and personal agendas. The bottom line is that individuals as deceitfully manipulative and dishonest as the owner (s) of Wet Media, Inc. And barebackrt.com should not be allowed to conduct business, much less receive a validated status as a secure site for transactions of any nature, especially monetary.
