Complaint / Review
Reunion.com
Ripoff

I paid via credit card for 1 year to be a "Premium " subscriber. I have had much difficulty logging on to the site after I made my payment. Each time I have been able to log on, it tells me I am not a subscribed member, even days after I made my payment. I sent the Chief Executive Officer of Reunion.com several emails, with no reply.

I have to sign in over and over and over again to be able to access my home or profile page. When I do, and I have at times, sent emails through reunion.com to other members.in the help section, it states that free members can read, and reply to emails that have been sent to them from "Premium" members. That has not been true. The few free members that I have sent emails to, get the message that someone has tried to contact them, but they are told that they have to pay a 1 year subscription or 3 year subscription in order to be able to see who the person is who sent it and to beable to read the email. That is NOT what it states in the help section of reunion.com I have pasted the exact wording that is in the help section of reunion.com:

Can I read emails from other members?

Reading and replying to emails from other members is now free. If you have messages waiting in your inbox you will be able to read them. Previously this was only available to Premium (paid) members.

Sending new emails to other members still requires a Premuim membership.

Can Free members send emails to other members?

Free members can read and reply to emails they receive from Premium (paid) members.
Only Premium members can send new emails to other members.

It specifically states that free members can read and reply to emails they receive from Premium members. Is this false advertising???

Even the free members are not getting what Reunion.com claims is available to them.

The site is constantly under going temporary unavailability. I have tried to access Reunion.com at times from other computers and still have a hard time getting on to the site which I paid to be a member of.
Am I the only one experiencing this? No! I have spoken to other Reunion.com members who are family members of mine, and they have stated much of the same exact troubles. It seems to us that directly after our payments were made we've begun having all this trouble. And after several attempts to make contact with the Chief Executive Officer (who claims to be available for any issues or questions that we may have) we have received no reply.

Is there any help out there???
