After my conversation I thought it seemed really odd so I did some research. Good thing! I found someone else who had almost the exact conversation I did only with someone named Brenda Ross. Alisha_*: Are you referring to HIPPA? In the medical field I know that there are certain requirements that must be met in order to discuss an account with anyone. As far as the information that I work with I know that I am not allowed to discuss any information that I see regarding patients with anyone other than co-workers or the people the patient has given permission to. I take the HIPPA policies seriously as I know they are there to protect everyone, including myself.

Interviewclerk002: The software vendor will be responsible for installing the software and any updates and patches. They will also need to perform manual data backups and secure the data to meet HIPAA standards. The cost for these software's is $350 and you will be reimbursed back along with your first pay check. The software vendor is the vendor all our employee has been buying software's from for years now. And you will make the order from her to enable her install the needed above software programs with disc and have it shipped to you in the next 48 working hours via FedEx.
