DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Track data and source documents. Prepare and sorts source documents, and identities interprets data to be entered. Compiles, sorts and verify data for accuracy. Contacts responsible parties to resolved moderately. Complex questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, Also enters necessary codes. Compares data entered with source documents identifying errors and subsequently correcting any errors.
Files or routes source documents after entry. Responds to inquires regarding entered data. Maintains daily count of work processed. May create periodic reports for management. Performs routine maintenance on machinery used. Preparation of Balance sheets (Mini), account balancing, invoicing recording, proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting database all these will be done through the use of the Software's. The supervisor, who would be attached to you online, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail. You will undergo a one week training from your training supervisor he/she would be training you on how to Enhance your working skills with the programs accurately.included with other Data entry job you would be needing to get done. Your training is going to be done online through your Pc or in person. Which do you prefer?

The company would provide you with a free Hp laptop included a fast internet connection. While your W-4 form would be coming along with the working materials you need to start working with. However you are needed to make purchase for the software programs which you would be working with. While the company would be having you reimbursed along with your paycheck once you are done with training. The company does not specialized on the software programs which is why you will be getting it from the vendor which happens to be the company's third party vendor. Once order has been placed the vendors would now then install the programs in the laptop while shipment would commence overnight via FedEx or UPS. The company would be mailing you a check which you will be using to purchase the needed software's and mini office equipments. These software's would have to be purchase from the company's certified vendor's. Reason: The reason why you will be emailed a check its because since you can't come up with the payment the company will be providing you with the funds which you will be using to get the software's. Also most of the equipments you will be getting from the vendor's are tailor made. Which was meant for the company alone. Before the check will be mailed to you. You will be notified. And also you are to make sure you have an account with you will be depositing the check on. After that make sure you get to know when the check will be cleared. Or if the payment could be done before the check will be paid that would be okay. Also the company don't issue the check out to the vendor's because the payment would have to come from our employee and also to enable them verify the location and alternate shipping address.
