Business Max - ripoff, fraudulent charging

I signed up for a web-hosting package on register.com, and when I received my first bill it showed that my credit card had been charged twice on that day, once for the web-hosting package and a seperate charge of $9.95 from MWI*BusinessMax for "membership." I contacted the company and American Express and was able to be reimbursed for the first month, but the charge has occured again in July.
