I called U-verse today to cancel my service and I was told that I would be charged a $70.00 cancellation because I had agreed to a verbal contract over the phone, which I never at any point and time agreed to. I spoke with a Randy Middleton who said he was a supervisor, he refused to remove the charges. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years this is totally unacceptable.
