I'm sitting here right now with a computer from shopnbc.com. I was offerd a free portable DVD Player, and it also came with a camcorder. I read all these reports before making my decision, and I still went on, thinking, i would be one of the lucky ones not to get a lemon. But i got a lemon anyway, and i want to let everyone know, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPNBC.com. It is truly a piece of junk.
I got the computer home and set up and the first night i couldn't even get on the internet, then when i called support they told me to uninstall the aol software! Now mind you, this is the aol software that they installed. And bragged about pre-installing all these thousands of dollars worth of software. So the next night, when i decided to do that, i turned the computer on and it kept going out on me, to a blank screen and would reboot all over again, and again, and again and again and again, and again! In other words, it was junk!
I called the support team and told them, now i have a new problem. The computer wont stay on, and it keeps rebooting over and over and over again, so before i could finish my sentence, the tech suppport said, yea yea, i know i know, it's an image problem, you're not the first, and i'm like, well for $2500.00 something needs to be done about this, but it's alright, i'm taking this to the better business bureau!
