The company is hard to get hold of, takes weeks and weeks for the product they are selling to arrive and when it did arrive it was broken and there was no charger for the tablet, I have put 2 return tickets in and I managed to get hold of some named Karl today and he has given me a return address and asked me to state that I need free replacement and reimbursement of $5 and phone them back with a tracking number and soon as they get it they will send another one out.
Before I had the tablet I phoned them and got hung up on, no answer's and so on they are pain to get hold of
