Do not order anything from Baysoftgames.com. They may have good prices, but they will just take your money and hope that you'll eventually give up trying to get it back.
I placed an order with these/this idiots on the 23rd of June and never received a response about the status of my order—not even so much as a "f* off."
I initiated a charge back with PayPal and they didn't respond to that for 10 days. As a result, PayPal decided that Baysoftgames was at fault; However, PayPal sent me an e-mail stating that they could not issue me a refund because Baysoftgames had insufficient funds in its PayPal account.in other words, "Oh well, sorry, you're screwed."
Although Baysoftgames.com is undoubtedly run by one or more untrustworthy moron, I am still at fault for not checking for the warning signs of a "scam" website. (And I use the word "scam" loosely to include sites run by lazy douche bags that threw together an e-commerce site and think that by hiding from their customers they can just take someone's money and maybe ship orders or answer a question when they feel like it.)
1. No phone support (I did find a phone number, but it was disconnected, of course) 2. Private domain registration3. P.O. Box and no address4. Many Bad customer reviews, in which many of those people report never receiving their orders! (I wish I'd read those before I ordered)
After sending an e-mail to every single e-mail address listed on their webpage I finally got a response today, asking me to send them a bill through PayPal. That's interesting considering that for over a week they completely ignored PayPal's requests to send me a refund.
Basically, I'm just posting this everywhere I can.
