I have tried a number of times to get Systweak to answer my emails. Advanced Disk Optimizer (ADO) will not update. Further, when I installed it and paid for I never got a registration number. I wrote a number of emails to them and after going through a number 'fixed steps' in their emails, they stopped responding. I have had ok service from this company before but this time they don't bother.
The thing is that ADO has been working but there is no registration number in the field. While it continues to work (I paid for a year) that time is running out and still no answers from Systweak.
