They took my 29.95 i used the site three times it is say it is forever internet

I paid my 29.95 for a everlasting site. I only use it three times I was trying to log on but I could not so i emailed them, they sent me a very snoby letter back saying they only link you to different sis which is a lie. Because i went there three times checking on my sons jail record
