I also experienced the exact same scenario. I purchased through PayPal ProChatRooms application combined with the Remove Marketing for $80. I required the free installation plus they never installed it. I subsequently Employed a to set up it for me personally plus they stated there is something amiss using the plan; it'd not deploy since it was lacking crucial documents. While calling ProChatRooms I received no reaction. It's most definitely a fraud.
