We contracted with Shawn Stoner/The Web Smart to provide us with SEO optimization. He gaurenteed results in the top 10 rankings for our keywords.
At the end of the contract, not only did we not have top 10 rankings, but furthermore we did not even appear in rankings for our number one keyword.
I contacted The Web Smart about the lack of performance on his companies behalf. I was insulted and notified that my contract was now null and void, and no refunds would be possible.
Since I have retained an attorney who has persued this company and Shawn Stoner, and he has refused to reply or acknowledge the pending lawsuit against him.
