That is pitney bowes. If you want a email meter they produce great people. But when you'll need customer support. They're terrible. I've never been about the telephone for under 30-min. Recently was 2 hours to revise a charge card on document and also to determine why the meter wouldn't sync up with my pc. Excellent product. Terrible horrible customer support.
