Bidrack charged $99 for registration without my authorization. They did not provide an e-receipt which is standard practice by legitimate e-merchants. Their "bid buddy" system also does not work so the "winners" are suspicious. Finally, the system reduces the bid balance without explanation. Their instructions or lack thereof are misleading and designed to victimize consumers. Their customer service are evasive and not knowledgeable about their own system. The so called support center is slow to respond and does not provide information or acceptable reasoning for their company's actions.
