Dell Computer Corporation
They do not honor any warranty. I don't even think they have a warranty policy. They just take your money and that's it

I have just filed a detailed complaint about Dell.

To add insult to injury, I had to purchase my own mouse because they refused to send me a replacement like they were supposed to. Now you tell me is this fair? What do I have a warranty for? And like I said, I cannot get Financial Services to find out anything.

Please help.
