Ebay Scam, Won Auction, Paid $650 by personal check to P.O. Box, No Item Recieved

I won an Auction on ebay from the user TheBaglady215. It was a telescope with tripod and accesories. After payment of $650 was sent to an option of two PO boxes which were under the names of B. Smith and T. Davis they cancelled ebay account. All the items they had up for auction were pics taken from other websites. When I won the item they ended the other auctions. After they got the check they stopped responding to emails. And I never got the Item. I was givin an ebay generated address to send payment...
