On 9/1 I received a email from Epic Media Solutions of Orem Utah and registered to try KeyWebJobs offer to make money on line I paid $27.00 however right after registering they immediately needed more money, I declinded and also declined more offers to buy this and that all at once needed to go to next step. I immediately notified them by email that I wished my money back and I was not going no further as this was not going to work for me as I could not afford paying more money. I got a reply back they recived my request and I would be contacted in 24 hours.
On 9/2 I received a phone call from a Dan at keywebjobs asking how he could help. After discussion he agreed it's not for me and he stated it's to late to stop the deposit but he would cancell me and to give him 3-5 days to get my refund. Did Not happen then on 10/5 they deducted $14.95 no reason given and without my permision. I attempted to find out why but email was sent back "Unauthorized" I again emailed and Thursday 10/20 at 5:50 PM we received phone call from a Vanessa representing keywebjobs she told my wife she would refund $19.00 of the $27.00 as one refund and the $14.95 in another as she did not know why that was withdrew and she would cancell my account but she needed 3-5 days to accomplish this. I got on the phone and told her that was not how their warantee stated so its unaceptable so she agreed and would refund the total amount. No Results
I again called and Vanessa said I was refunded on 10/28 I told her not so as I'm on line with the bank at the time so she replied another 3-5 days needed to try and get the account closed and refunded. Before hanging up she said the account is closed as of now. Waited and still no refund. I again received a phone call to my email, came from a Alexia Ventura who would look into why I had not yet been refunded and was going to call her supervisor soon as we hung up but to give her 3-5 days. Nothing.
On 12/12 A Wayne called at 4:45PM and the same story this time he said we were refunded on 11/20 and I replied not so as I'm online with my bank right now so he again was going to check with his supervisor and would see to it I was refunded but he needed 5-7 days. No Result.
! I tried again on 12/21 no reply. Again 1/2, 1/15, no replys. On Feb 2 I wrote a letter to Epic Media Solution in Orem Utah telling then the whole story and asked their help being keywebsoluntions was sent to me by them as well as is several other get rich offers. I got no answer to my letter from them either and to date no refund of my money.
