I had initially placed an order on 4/21 for customized pens, gift boxes and shipping fees to the total amount of $280 through the company Penimpressions. I was billed for this on Thursday, April 29.
By Monday, June 9, six week later, I still had not received a product and I called Penimpressions to cancel my order. I was informed to send an e-mail to verify. I was then told that refunds are processed on Wednesdays and that the Wednesday of the following week my fees would be refunded.
Upon checking my account on Thursday, June 17th, I noted that my fees were still not refunded. I called Penimpressions again and they told me that the refund would be processed that Friday (June 18th)
Tuesday of the following week (June 22), I again checked my account and found that my fees still had not been refunded. I called their customer service again and I was told without any pause or check for verification that the refund was processed today.
To this date: July 1, Penimpressions has still not refunded my fees.
