On April 6, I purchased with my VISA Check Card, the National Audit Defense Network Kit for $299.00. The purchase number is 25009802.
The money was deducted from my account on April 8. When I got the kit on the 14th of April, I wasn't at all satisfied. I called the company and told them that I wasn't satisfied and that I would be returning the kit.
They reassured me that I would be fully refunded. I received a check on May 28. The date the check was written was May 13. It said that it was a "Refund Account" check. My Vendor ID: 868497 was printed on the check stub. Acknowledging that it was a refund check.
On Tuesday June 1, I went to my bank to cash it. Very happy that I received it only to be disappointed when I get the same check back in the mail with "held fund" printed on the front.
My bank let me know that they summitted the check several times. It wasn't any good. They deducted my account for the $299.00. I am requesting help to get my money back. I am not working this summer and I really need the money.
