Well, I am the latest victim. After several emails in which Emanuel Andrei Petcu, (email address is [email protected]) communicated, I agreed to send one third of the payment once I received the UPS tracking number. What I did not realize is that you can get a tracking number before you ship a package. Needless to say, I got ripped off for $300. Better $300 than $900 but what a scam.
This guy tells you about his family. Wife is in medical practice and two girls in denistry school. He states that he is a high school chemistry teacher.
I just wish I would have found this site before I got scammed. It is truly amazing what people will do for money.
