Alex Delatoba is a fraud and ripoff. He came to my insurance office in Chula Vista to solicit work. He was going business to business and handing out his business cards and explaining what services he offered. As a small business owner I liked the fact that he was going business to business to try to grow his business. I have a laptop that needed repair so I decided to give him a try. He came back to my office and looked at the laptop and then said he needed a check to get the parts and said he would be back to install the new parts. He never came back and I called him over 10 times and he made excuses everytime and would not bring my money back. The guy is a fraud and a con artist so dont use his services.
