I hired neteffects1.net multi media design firm to build a website for my company, the web programmer president spoke with me personally and told me it was essential i sent deposit down which was $2500 for him to start work. I was to pay the balance of $2500 after completed. The problem is after I sent the check and it cleared he ignored me for months. I had to hire an attorney to get my money back. He then said "ok ok we willf inish the site, and he was taking his sweet ol time to finish, and the work was garbage. A total nightmare from beginning to end!
