On July I hired Neteffects1 multi Media Design Firm to build a website for my company. I persoanlly spoke to the president Mr Kevin Gentry and he requested I send a $2500 deposit for his company to start work on my website.
I should have checked the Better Business Burea First! The company has had a half dozen complaints on them of keeping deposits and coming up with excuses why they can't build the website!
I had to Hire an attorney to recover my $2500 but I ended up paying twice that in attorneys fees. People be very careful and always check the bbb.com
Also he changes company names and the address on his website is not a real one, as my attorney found out! Beware!
