National One Telecom.inc decided to send me a bill for supposed access to some sort of pay website (UK-based) at a time that I was in bed sleeping. There is no phone number whatsoever on the invoice. Their website is professional-looking but completely void of any method to gather any intelligent information... Which might be the point. It seems like the invoice (and the insert that came with their bill) was extremely vague and directs the customer to an extremely vague site. This is a total load of crap!
In addition, I have a connecting phone charge to dispute.
Any chance that I can bill these guys for wasting my time?
